Am I eligible?

  • You must live in Social Housing.
  • You must relinquish your Social Housing lease and vacate your property.
  • You will need to be employed. You must be in a position to secure a home loan and Banks will generally not provide a loan to someone on Centrelink.
  • You will need some savings for a deposit.
